What we all need to understand is that there is an infinite source of inspiration, the eternal wisdom, the knowledge that comes from the God’s heart itself, the truth that allows us to know the intention itself of our existence, the inexhaustible source of light that liberates us of the blindness of any ignorance. It is through the knowledge of the truth in the God’s word that a universe opens itself free in order that we learn to live, this is why Jesus says to us with simplicity:

“Therefore everyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the rock. The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house; yet it did not fall, because it had its foundation on the rock. But everyone who hears these words of mine and does not put them into practice is like a foolish man who built his house on sand. The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house, and it fell with a great crash.”  (Matthew 7:24-27 NIV)

Jesus knew that everything what say the Holy Scriptures, which we called Bible, is inspired by the creator for our own good, only this way we can know the way to Him, to live according his will, his purpose and our original design, though it is like steps it costs above and imply a great effort, you know that while higher you come beyond your sight comes and with major extent.

A life with a mission!

secuencia de luz

Every day represents a challenge in your life, but every goal that you fulfill, every aim that you achieve, every effort, every drop of energy that you invest in something is a step, in a race that takes the whole life, the logical question ultimately is What did you do with your life? We still have the opportunity to choose if we are going to serve to the intention with which we were created and almost all the persons who practice Christianity known that the best intention in the life is to serve the all-powerful God, King and Creator of the Universe. The question here is: do you serve God? Or saying in more practical terms: do you work serving to God or to your own interests? … One of the men most respected in the history was an enemy of the Church who received a second opportunity and then he decided to serve God and dedicated the rest of his life to the work of the Church of Christ and the preaching of the truth of God; in his Christian pipe covers that to suffer very hard moments, probably you also have felt like crossing a scene of your life that makes neither sense nor any profit, nevertheless understand it or not when you join this image to the rest of the scenes of your life you will understand that no matter if something seems bad if can be used by God for the fulfillment of his eternal will: it’s a benediction. I want to mention Paul’s words as if they were our own desires that flutter striking strongly our heart and us reminding the mission of our life and the reason for which we are here!

Colossians 1 24Now I rejoice in what was suffered for you, and I fill up in my flesh what is still lacking in regard to Christ’s afflictions, for the sake of his body, which is the church. 25I have become its servant by the commission God gave me to present to you the word of God in its fullness— 26the mystery that has been kept hidden for ages and generations, but is now disclosed to the saints. 27To them God has chosen to make known among the Gentiles the glorious riches of this mystery, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory.

This way we will be able to say: We announce Christ, and with the whole wisdom that we find in his word, we carry the light of the truth admonishing and teaching all, especially to those who want to listen to the God’s word in order that they could know Christ and every day be more perfect as himself. For this I work and fight against the force and the power that Christ gives me. All my life is produced to this mission; to be a light in the middle of the darkness … every step that I give serves with the God’s love to this intention.

Youth for Christ!

Nothing in this life is so alarming as our conformity in front of those things that need to be changed, anything we should improve, as we can read this mediocrity produces to God more nauseas that no other thing that the Bible mentions, this is why it says “ Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.”  Rom 12:2 (NIV) Our truth, our reality does not correspond to that of the world, it would be like to comparing the way in which a wise man who has fought hundreds of wars and he is a hero who takes his country to the freedom he could value the concepts as the love, the truth, the justice, gratitude in a different way than a bad-mannered boy who has grown in a golden cradle but he is in the middle of a mountain of vices, victim of his impulses, complaining about how miserable it is the life because his parents say to him that he must study. God has a plan for us and to mature sometimes we are going to have to strain and in occasions we will have to suffer and in the middle of everything we will be able to experience a deep pleasure that cannot explain… but it makes sense everything in the life. And it does that we are ready to deliver everything serving and fighting for this glory that comes out for the eternity.

The Christian Job

octubre 15, 2009

All of us have many things to do every day, possibly you long a moment to rest. Nevertheless science demonstrated the brain way to process weariness is according it´s level of motivations, it means that if your daily activities are generating good enough motivation in you: not only you are going to enjoy what you are doing, but you will be not very tired. On the other hand, if you are not able to do all what you want with your time probably you have overloaded your agenda or maybe you need just a different organization of your priorities. The idea is to maximize our performance and the Biblical sense is that: “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for men” Colossians 3:23 (NIV)

Now, thinking on it you should be able to exclude from your agenda those things that are affecting your performance or maybe somehow making feel tired. For example this question arises: What is really important that you must preserve in your agenda? Or how know which things we should attend first? There, same in Colossians’s book 3:2 it says: Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things.” this point is related our priorities since also the best things of the life are not as relevant as everything related the purpose of our life.

I can say about my job that I like it, my chief does not pay me badly but I have another work where I serve God and … this chief pays too much better than any other business on this life! … at this point this job is my priority, to have a Christian commitment is to dedicate your life to a task that God entrusts you, is a mission, a department, a contract of complete time 24/7 where you fall in love of what you are doing and the fruits of your ministry are the most important part of your payment.

Now, we are going to be not only Christians but serfs of God. Not only we are going to follow him, but we are going to serve to him and all to whom God wants that we serve. As well as Jesus left a deep track when He lived and died for us we will have no other priority out to yield our self to his intention for our life … and we are going to be very happy to invest our life completely on it, it is why if you are one more of the Christians who understand what means “to do EVERYTHING for the God’s Glory” you will accept the challenge to dedicate your life, your time, even been able to die for this intention in which God wants to employ our self … the Christian job!
